Seth takes great pride in the creation and re imagination of the communities Sutro serves. His role as both a Partner in Development and Construction allows him to generate true, lasting change that directly impacts people’s lives on a daily basis. Seth spends his time away from Sutro playing tennis, working on his home and spending time with his family.

Sarah leverages six years of experience in the industry to focus her efforts managing the development of culture, recruitment, and human resources management at Sutro. She takes pride in the personal interest her colleagues demonstrate towards their responsibilities at Sutro and enjoys cooking with her five year old when not busy planning the next company event.

At Sutro, Samir helps define lasting brand experiences that impact some of the most intimate facets of resident’s lives. Global travel and a diverse set of interests enables Samir to consistently bring a fresh perspective to every Sutro project.

As Managing Partner at Sutro, Rob is inspired by the opportunity to create – specifically, the opportunity to create better lives. His visionary, creative approach transcends the various disciplines spread across the company and has inspired the Sutro team to innovate in an industry that has long been stagnant. He enjoys spending time with this children, philanthropy and discovering new wine, champagne and contemporary art.

Kevin provides technical expertise and support for the entire Sutro organization as the Business Systems Manager. His role facilitates an efficient workflow for the entire team. He believes that the creation of beautiful places to live is an admirable endeavor.

Keith believes deeply in the creation and maintenance of communities that people love to call “home”. His role as a Partner at Sutro is focused on leasing strategy and management for Sutro Management communities. When not collaborating with his fantastic team he enjoys both foreign and domestic travel, skiing and new experiences of all kinds.

James is dedicated to the creation of a positive work environment for his team and enabling Sutro’s residents to engage with technology seamlessly. When not acting as an IT Administrator at Sutro he likes to track down special events in San Francisco, visit with friends or spend time with his dog.

Deisarey is the Administrative Assistant at Sutro and her diverse responsibilities enable her to interact with virtually all of her colleagues on a daily basis. She enjoys exposure to new ideas and is keenly interested in the details that enable successful collaboration. She balances her time at Sutro with time spent with her family and dog, wandering the Marin Headlands.

David’s efforts as Director of Capital Projects are focused predominately in Marin and the North Bay where he creates value through the renovation and repositioning of existing, aging assets. In his downtime he brews beer and enjoys hiking, backpacking and traveling.

Chris is the General Manager at Parkmerced and is responsible for the management and repositioning of Sutro’s largest asset. He takes pride in the positive, community-centric transformation of the property since Sutro acquired it. His interest in design and architecture extend into his passions for woodworking and gardening on the weekends.

Ann is deeply committed to her role as the Director of Accounting for Sutro Management Group and loves variety of projects the group manages. She also appreciates the collaborative approach to the projects themselves. As her youngest of three children heads to college, she looks forward to spending more time hiking in the hills of the East Bay in her free time.

A mentor and sounding board for many at Sutro, Amy is the team’s Regional Manager. Generally on-site with her team, she loves the ever-changing industry and opportunity to help new residents find their home with Sutro. Inspired by her grandmother, Amy enjoys cooking and spending time with her family when not at work.

A deep belief in the power of brands shapes Curt’s role as the Marketing Partner at Sutro where he oversees both the strategic and tactical aspects of creative endeavors. For Curt, every project represents infinite potential and the opportunity to build a lasting relationship based in emotional resonance and relevance. Family, friends, photography, art and the outdoors all inspire Curt daily.

Tangible, positive community impact fuels Greg’s engagement as an Assistant Project Manager at Sutro. Greg’s long-time interest in construction and real estate transcends his role at Sutro – often working on projects at his own home in his free time. When not focused on real estate, Greg enjoys reading and going to the beach with his dog.

Brian finds satisfaction in the positive impact his projects have on the communities they serve. A Construction Manager at Sutro, Brian manages major renovation projects composed of multidisciplinary teams – seeing projects from conception to fruition. When not managing projects, Brian spends time reading, seeing live music and enjoying time with his wife and kids.

Ron leads the entire team at Sutro as Partner of Operations. He believes deeply in the value of service and the mission to enhance the
quality of life for Sutro’s residents, employees and community. He strives to instill this passion across the entire organization. Outside his responsibilities at Sutro he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

James’ extensive experience in both property management and real estate have set the foundation for his role as the Accounting Manager at Sutro Management Group. He believes in the open, honest exchange of experiences, ideas and opinions — particularly if they relate to cycling and CrossFit.

Tania interacts with the full spectrum of Sutro employees as a Payroll and HR Associate. She is intrigued by the power of property development and management, and the positive impact these activities can make on a community. When not working, she enjoys boxing, walking and hosting parties for friends and family.

The safe and timely construction and rehabilitation of new multifamily projects is core to Garrett’s role as assistant project manager at Sutro. For Garrett, impact on a community is as important as the physical and visual improvements made to a property. When not working, Garrett enjoys traveling as much as possible, anything and everything outdoors, and exploring new restaurants.

Matt leads the acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts as a Partner in Acquisitions at Sutro. The consistent and unexpected challenges of a leadership role at an entrepreneurial company yields immense satisfaction for Matt. His passionate approach extends beyond his role at Sutro and into his interest in yoga, meditation and most recently, working to acquire his pilot’s license.

Jessica provides daily support to the marketing team at Sutro. She brings a creative approach to her role as Marketing Coordinator at Sutro and finds great satisfaction in helping to improve the spaces in which people live. Jessica loves a good Sunday morning brunch and going on adventures with her family throughout San Francisco.

Tracey appreciates the diverse effort that is required to realize Sutro’s projects. She supports this team with accurate, insightful financial information as an Accounting Manager at Sutro and takes pride in keeping communities running smoothly. In her free time she enjoys staying active and reading.
